Our Payment Processes
We want to provide suppliers with the information needed to ensure that payments can be made as efficiently as possible. In markets where online invoices may not be possible, we do accept paper invoices.
Invoicing AB InBev
Before invoicing, AB InBev suppliers must be set up as vendors in our systems. Your AB InBev contact person will provide you with any documentation that needs to be completed. Once your business is set up in our system, a purchase order (PO) can be raised. All invoices must have a PO number to enable payment; without a PO the invoice cannot be paid. You will be informed by your local AB InBev contact of any specific local requirements that are in place.
