Our Graduate Management Trainee (GMT) program program is designed to help prepare early career graduates for an accelerated career at AB InBev. It's part of our drive to attract and develop great people.
Our GMT program is rooted in our culture and company strategy. Trainees should expect experiences related to each of our three strategic pillars – Lead and Grow the Category, Digitize and Monetize Our Ecosystem, and Optimize our Business.
Experiences
Over 12 months, our GMTs will rotate through three experiences, each tied to our global company strategy. Trainees should expect rotations in our front-line teams, including Sales, Supply and Logistics

Festival
Celebrate, create value, and collaborate with your peers from around the world at our global immersion, Cheers! Festival. You’ll get a 360° view of our business, hear directly from our senior leaders, network with their peers, and meet GMT alumni.
As a GMT, you’ll be expected to lead with agility and collaborate with diverse teams across different geographies. Throughout the program, GMTs should have mobility and be prepared to live and work in multiple locations.
